1. User Agreement

By accessing and using BüroWerk's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Limitation of Liability

BüroWerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any third-party conduct on our platform
• Any products or services obtained through our platform

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on BüroWerk, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or our licensors' property and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us immediately with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

4. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most products in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Certain items (e.g., personalized products) may not be returnable

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

The arbitration shall take place in Berlin, Germany, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

6. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BüroWerk regarding our services. We may modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
